Yoga is an old discipline from India that creates a union of the mind, body, soul, and universal consciousness. both the spiritual and physical body.

The process of uniting the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of ourselves is what allows us to experience deep states of freedom, peace and self-realization.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques.

The practice of meditation is thousands of years old, and different forms come from around the world. But modern science has only started studying this practice in detail during the last few decades. Some of the biggest leaps in science’s understanding of meditation have only been possible thanks to modern technology.

Sound Healing

Sound healing has been practiced for thousands of years, from times when the lapping of ocean waves was considered a source of healing to the chantings of Tibetan monks.

This type of therapy has recently gained popularity in western medicine as a result of studies conducted on its therapeutic value and people looking for alternatives to modern medicine. The first use of sound in healing dates back thousands of years
