What are chakras and why are they important?

Everything in the Universe is comprised of energy, from the smallest pebble to the largest ocean. The mountains, trees, and every cell in our body are also made of energy.

Chakras are considered the center of our life force energy, hence their importance. They bridge the gap between feeling and being — the mind, the body & the soul.

There are seven main chakras that run along your spine and each has a corresponding number, name, color, and health focus.

By learning the importance of each chakra and where it is located within the physical body, it may help invite more harmony and balance into your life.

Why should I listen to you?

I am a Spiritual Healer and Mindfulness Mentor that utilizes yoga, meditation & sound healing to bring divine alignment within the mind, body & soul.

As I’ve explored and studied the rainbow-schemed energy centers, it has allowed me to understand myself and the connection to things around me. While some may say this is “woo”, it is important to understand the foundation of why I created this program.

To be able to understand in a way that is easy to digest and incorporate on a daily basis without getting overwhelmed.
